Idioms (also includes definitions for the 10 idioms included for children to match)
Set out as many mats as you think your children can handle at one time with the corresponding cards and let them use their knowledge and critical thinking skills to determine where each quote goes. This activity can also be done as part of a teacher led group lesson for children who are still new to the various techniques.
