The Pony Express Route: Study a poster of the original Pony Express route.  Then read a little about 10 stops along the way to get a feel for what the riders endured.  Cut out the names of the ten places and glue them on a map.

Hands-on Activities: Make a poster, write a letter, fill a mochila, make origami, and solve some math problems.
