Book Suggestions: A list of non-fiction books and several folktales about the Sun for ages 4-12.
Notebooking Page: Take notes and/or draw pictures while you watch videos and read books about the Sun.
Listening to Learn Activity: Parents read directions about the sun while children color, draw and write on a picture.
Compare Early Myths About the Sun: Read some of the suggested early myths different cultures had about the Sun and then use the Venn diagram to compare them.
Hands-on Projects: Model what you have learned through art, make some fun projects and pick a few experiments to complete.
Quiz about the sun: Assess what your children learned with a fun, short quiz.
